RESOLUTION #1-2025
DESIGNATING DISTRICT BOARD PLACE, TIMES, AND NOTICES
WHEREAS, pursuant to 24-6-402(2)(c) C.R.S., the Board of Directors of The Snake River Water District must pass a resolution at the first regular meeting of each year designating the posting place of the 24-hour agenda notice.
WHEREAS, pursuant to 32-1-903(2) C.R.S., the Board of Directors of The Snake River Water District must designate and post the time and place for all Board meetings.
WHEREAS, pursuant to 24-6-402(2)(c)(III) C.R.S the local public body shall be deemed to have given full and timely notice of a public meeting if the local public body posts the notice, with specific agenda information if available, on a public website of the local public body.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the Snake River Water District that:
1. The designated posting place for the 24-hour agenda notice is located at 0050 Oro Grande Drive, Keystone, Co. 80435 and on www.snakeriverwater.com.
2. In addition, the designated time and place for all Board meetings shall be at 4:00 p.m. the second Tuesday of the month of February, May, August, and November of 2025 at 0050 Oro Grande Drive, Keystone, Co. 80435. COVID considerations have made it common practice for boards to meet using online services such as Zoom. The Board will be meeting in person at 0050 Oro Grande Drive, Keystone, Co. 80435 and via Zoom.
Posting locations may be modified by the Board at any regularly scheduled public meeting by means of a Board determination and resolution.
