Population growth, changing regulations, and aging infrastructure are continual challenges for providing drinking water to our region. The District is committed to being proactive to address these issues and provide reliable, uninterrupted service to our customers.
The District completed a Water System Master Plan to provide guidance and prioritization of short term and long term projects to meet challenges over the next ten years. As a follow up, the District completed financial analysis to chart a course on funding options for improvements. We are currently in year three of implementing the capital projects. The Executive Director will be working with the Board of Directors to evaluate options for continued funding of the Master Plan projects.
